Rooftops and Chimney Pots (Pt 2)
This is a follow up to Pt 1 and covers more of the rooftops and Chimney pots (and a few other elements) of South Yarra. I intend for there to be further sections to this as we progress in our exploration of Melbourne. The wikipedia article about South Yarra has some history of the area.
The main feature here is the interesting shaped windows.
Nicely done up, especially the brickwork.
A bit mouldy but obviously an older building.
Nice gabling, suggesting a family residence. Again, looks to have been nicely done up.
Doig morning coffee on Domain Rd on Cup Day.
Near the top of Park St, this dry cleaners seemed to cater for costumes!
Another older building with fancy windows.
Lacework and a fancy chimney.
An old terrace
Much ornamentation.
